How do I know your cartridges fit my urinal?

We have variations of our patented cartridges that fit over 90% of the waterless urinals in the market. Once we know your waterless urinal brand, we will always fit you with the right cartridge.

How do they work without liquid sealant?

At hybridH2o, we are 100% for our customers and the environment, and that's why we invented and patented a cartridge that doesn't need liquid sealant! The urine is trapped by the internal design that doesn't allow enough exposed to cause odor.

When should I replace the cartridge?

It only needs to be replaced when flow slows and rinsing it (per our simple instructions) is no longer effective at extending its life. We are all about the environment and conservation, including conserving your money!
Unfortunately, yes, there are some companies out there that only want to sell you cartridges or liquid sealant as often as possible. They'll tell you to change your cartridge when the liquid sealant is gone, or have you buy another gallon of fluid for $80 and still have to replace your cartridge often too.
Oh, you'll also need to replace the cartridge or sealant if someone uses the wrong cleaner, or simply because water was run through it. But don't worry! Our cartridge doesn't need liquid sealant, it works with any cleaner you already have, and you can rinse it with water to extend its life.

What keeps the cartridge from smelling without a liquid seal?

In addition to the patented design we described above, to make sure even the skeptical are believers we include a free deodorizer dome screen to sit on top. We also sell additional dome screens if needed - our cartridges do tend to last a long time, and that's the point. Our Smarty Dome screens, included with each cartridge, contain a block that releases surfactants into the cartridge with each use. This is like adding a detergent with each use that extends cartridge life.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. You can also refer to our Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.).

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless priority shipping is requested, orders usually arrive in 2 - 8 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?

Don't worry, we have tracking information on each shipment. But, if you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

For domestic shipments, we are required by law to collect taxes in California, Florida, and North Carolina.

How do I return an item?

Please refer to our Refund Policy, but in general, as long as it's within 30-days and the item is still in new condition, we will accept returns subject to a restocking fee.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
